From our perspective UPS is not a career to be taken for granted, and we encourage sales leads to obtain more volume. This is proactive for business growth, job security, and our unions. We feel it is your right to be informed and organized to protect the lifestyle you worked hard to establish. Sometimes managers, supervisors, drivers, and part-timers take action against one another without knowledge of the rules and guidelines established by UPS and the International Brotherhood of Teamsters respectively.
